“Lez we can” is something I’d like to adopt as a motto. Also, I enjoy how K8 footnotes Eileen Myles’ Inferno. Feels kind of meta in a way. 
But the real importance of the entire piece is, I guess, it says a lot of things that I think or feel on a regular basis. 

Let’s move into that beloved delusional mode of positive thinking now. I love it! It really does feel good. So what is positive (delusional) about this totally Capitalist and White standard of beauty that infects everything we see and the way we gaze. Reversal? THAT WAY WE GAZE.
